Who is Xarbel Pimenta
I'm Xarbel Pimenta, wedding planner in Brasília. I believe that marriage is a covenant before God and deserves to be celebrated with excellence, order, and joy.
I take care of every detail so that you can live the wedding ceremony and party in peace, while my team ensures that everything happens on time, from the procession to the last dish served.
I started serving in the couples' ministry at my church, organizing the weddings of my brothers. Today, after more than 180 weddings, I continue with the same care: each couple is unique, and each ceremony needs to reflect your faith and story.

Do you serve weddings of any evangelical denomination?
Yes. We serve churches of different denominations and follow the guidelines and liturgy of each one, always aligned with the responsible pastor.
Can I hire just the wedding planning or just the catering?
Yes. The services are independent, but those who hire both together have a single team coordinating everything and special conditions in the package.
Does the catering serve alcoholic beverages?
Our menus are designed for alcohol-free parties, with non-alcoholic drinks, natural juices and coffees. We adjust according to the couple's wishes.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes. Before closing the catering, the couple does a tasting of the dishes on the chosen menu.
Are there options for dietary restrictions?
Yes. We have gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian options, and we adapt dishes for guests with restrictions.
What regions do you serve?
We serve Brasília, all administrative regions of the Federal District and cities in the surrounding area.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally, 8 to 12 months in advance, especially for Saturday dates. But feel free to inquire: we sometimes have closer dates available.
Do you help with the ceremony order of service?
Yes. We work with the pastor to create the complete ceremony order: wedding party entrance, worship music, message, vows, prayer, blessing, and the couple's exit.
